I thought I had already made myself quite clear. It would be great if at consultation there wasn't a time limit.I do understand ,under the present state of the NHS It is not the fault of the medical staff .

Dr Bolgar, phoned me about my enquiry quickly which I really appreciated, and within a couple of minutes I received an email to say she had sent a referral to the hospital. while on the phone to her she explained about the wording that would be on the email Which put my mind at ease. So thank you so much for your help, I’ve just get to wait to be contacted by the hospital now x
